Anderson Completes Bomb School

Security Services Northwest, Inc. (SSNW), a rapidly growing, full service security company operating in Port Townsend, WA since 1977, announced that Steve Anderson of the Counter Assault Team (CAT) has completed training at the world renowned Witmer-Tyson Kennel's K-9 bomb handler school.
Anderson, who served as a K-9 handler in the U.S. Army, completed his training and was designated SSNW’s first explosives detection specialist serving on a K-9 unit for work within the CAT. Upon their return to Port Townsend, Anderson and “Perro,” the German Shepherd paired with Anderson for the special explosives detection training program, were immediately deployed for a CAT mission providing security at a downtown Seattle pier for the Department of Defense.
