Management team addition

SSNW is pleased to welcome Rich Jones as the newest member of the management team. Rich has been hired as the Director of Training and Lead Instructor for the CAT (Counter Assault Team) Operations. His duties include the development and implementation of an organized and detailed training plan for all CAT members. As Training Coordinator, he is responsible for the organization of SME’s (subject matter experts) who enhance and complete the training requirements for all CAT members.
Rich brings to the company a wealth of knowledge and experience in military and anti-terrorism tactics. Before joining SSNW, Rich worked as the Department Program Manager and Lead Instructor for the U.S. State Department’s Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program (ATAP) in Pakistan. In this role, he worked at the investigative level and crisis response team level, including post-incident investigations and hostage situations. He supervised and trained a team of elite antiterrorism instructors in pre and post criminal activity investigation techniques, high risk entries, and crisis site containment.
Prior to his work in Pakistan, Rich served as a Police Patrol Corporal, Senior Firearms Instructor, Field Training Officer, and Special Response Entry Team Member for a Washington State police department. In addition, he retired from the US Marine Corps in 1995 with over 20 years of experience in the special operations field.
