North Portland arsonist identified from surveillance video, arrested

PORTLAND, OR - Police officers reviewing surveillance video of a fire in North Portland were able to identify and arrest a 20-year-old man suspected of setting six fires in the same neighborhood.

Surveillance video from one of two homes targeted by the suspect showed a man in a hooded sweatshirt walking up to the home and extending an arm to the porch.
