1. Call before.
Call us at 800-859-3463 and let us know you would like to test your alarm system. We will verify your identity with your password or user code. Always call first to prevent accidentally dispatching a police, fire or medical response to your location.
2. Send alarm.
We will have you manually send us a medical alarm. Press and hold down the respective button(s) for 5 seconds. If your alarm system is communicating with our Central Station, we will receive the alarm shortly thereafter. Note that if you are on the phone line when you send the alarm, the phone will be disconnected.
3. Verify alarm sent.
We will call you back to verify that we received the alarm. If your system is not working properly, we can have an alarm tech schedule a service call.
4. All done!
That’s it! You’ve tested your alarm system.
Testing Your Alarm System is EASY!
Alarm systems need to be tested on a regular basis to ensure there is communication between the alarm panel and our Central Station. We recommend that you test your system monthly.
