Thank you to everyone who attended the 2024 Unity of Effort, and a special thanks to all the people and organizations who helped make our celebration a success! We are especially grateful for all the military, veteran, first responder, law enforcement, and other personnel who came and supported our celebration.
Organizers are already planning the 2025 Unity of Effort celebration on August 9, 2025. In the meantime, get an idea of what's in store by reading about the 2024 event:
Unity of Effort returns to Sequim on Saturday, August 10, 2024.
Unity of Effort is an annual community celebration recognizing and honoring military, law enforcement, first responders, and security personnel held in Sequim, Washington.
It is held the second weekend in August at the Security Services Northwest headquarters at 250 Center Park Way, Sequim, WA.
For over 20 years, this annual community celebration has honored and recognized first responders, law enforcement, and security personnel.
Unity of Effort is free, with free parking on-site at the festival grounds.
Gates open at 10:00 am.

Helicopters will take to the skies starting at 10:15 am, with subsequent flights arriving every 15 minutes until the flight line reaches capacity.
One of the highlights of the event is the police K9 demonstration. (Due to K9 dogs being at festival, please leave pets at home).
Representatives from law enforcement, first responder, and military groups will have vehicles and/or displays set up. Attendees include King County Sheriff Office, Clallam County Sheriff Office, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Washington State Patrol, U.S Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Marine Corps, Life Flight, Airlift NW, FBI, Washington Army National Guard, Lower Elwha Police Department, Department of Natural Resources, and more.
Vendor & Community Booths
In addition to the aerial displays, vendor and community group booths will be on site.
Bloodworks will hold a blood drive during the event.
Food and Drink
Food is available to purchase from food vendors starting at 11 am. A wine and beer garden will be available beginning at 2 pm.
Children's Activities
There will be plenty of kids activities at this family-fun event including bounce houses, face painting, a ball pit, and more.
Motorcycle Rally
New this year is the “Ride to Unity” motorcycle rally, where motorcycle enthusiasts from across the state will arrive at 10:45 am, greeted with music and celebration.
